Welcome to the High Performance Information Systems Laboratory (HPCLAB) at the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department (CEID), University of Patras. The laboratory was founded by Professor T. S. Papatheodorou in 1990, consolidating the first activities and R&D projects in parallel computing in Greece.
Today, we continue to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical applications in high-performance computing, ensuring our innovations reach real-world deployment across scientific computing, parallel processing, and computational engineering domains.
